Dr Garrick Hileman is the Head of Research at Blockchain.com, and one of the world's most-cited cryptocurrency and blockchain technology researchers. He created and taught the first UK class on blockchain technology at the University of Cambridge, and has authored leading research on cryptocurrencies, markets, stablecoins, and broader trends.



Maker Foundation
As a Business Development Representative for the Maker Foundation, Gustav Arentoft focuses on increasing business opportunities throughout Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Prior to joining the organization, Gustav worked in the Fintech sector in Argentina, where he experienced first-hand the need for alternatives to the country’s struggling financial system. His academic background includes software development and economics.



XReg Consulting
Nathan is a Partner at XReg Consulting, a group of former regulators with practical experience in formulating public policy and developing regulation for Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and crypto-assets. Prior to joining XReg, Nathan served as a Technical Specialist on DLT at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, the first national regulatory authority globally to authorize and supervise crypto-asset companies under a purpose built regulatory regime.



MOFC
Pasquale is an associate professor at the MOFC of Institute For the Future at the University of Nicosia. His research interests include quantitative risk management, extreme value theory and combinatorial stochastic processes. He has been published in top international journals and is currently writing a book on fat tails. Besides his academic career, Pasquale has also collaborated with international institutions and many of the top private companies and banks as a statistical consultant.



University of Nicosia
Prof. Soulla Louca is a professor in the newly founded Department of Digital Innovation as well as a Director at the Institute For the Future at the University of Nicosia. Soulla has been nominated by LATTICE80 in partnership with Miss Kaya as one of the top 100 women in Fintech for 2019. She is one of the first academics to get involved in blockchain technologies (2014) when she assumed the responsibility of the Blockchain Initiative at the University of Nicosia.
